Can all carpets be wet cleaned?
No. Silk, viscose, paper yarn, unstable dyes and some adhesive-backed carpets require specialist assessment.
How long does carpet take to dry?
Commonly 4–8 hours with airflow, but pile density, humidity and site conditions can extend this.
Will stains return after cleaning?
Some spots can reappear through wicking when contamination remains deeper in the backing. Prompt follow-up is recommended if this occurs.
Do you clean rugs at the customer’s home?
Many suitable rugs can be cleaned on site. Delicate or high-value rugs may need a different specialist process.
