Frequently asked questions
How long does a mattress take to dry?
Usually 4–6 hours with strong airflow. Humidity, mattress thickness and the amount of treatment required can increase drying time.
Can I sleep on it the same night?
Book an earlier slot and keep fans or air-conditioning running. Use the mattress only when it is fully dry.
Does cleaning remove dust mites?
Cleaning reduces dust, debris and contaminants on treated surfaces, but we do not claim permanent or complete elimination of dust mites.
Will urine stains and smells disappear?
They may improve, but complete removal is not guaranteed when contamination has penetrated deeply into foam layers.
